Coastal Scents Foundation Tutorial

This is my review/tutorial of the Coastal Scents Camouflage Concealer palette. Overall I’m giving the palette a B, in that I do get great use out of it. Just not so much as a foundation. I think it will be great for those of you starting out in makeup artistry that might be on a budget. Enjoy 🙂
