MAURITIAN FISH CURRY
Ingredients:
Fish – we used to cans of pilchard fish and removed the tomato sauce
Normally we would use fresh fish slices bought from the local butcher.
1 tablespoon Meti
I large onion chopped in slices
1 tablespoon curry leaves
1/2 cup masala powder
1 tomato chopped
1 1/2 tablespoon Ginger and Garlic paste
I whole aubergine chopped and fried in oil for couple minutes
