HAPPY ALMOST NEW YEAR!!! Inspired by my wanting to have the healthiest year ever I dedicate this weeks Tip Tuesday to hydration!! If I’ve forgotten to drink enough water & am suffering a headache or bloated feeling, this is my fix! All the vitamins & minerals in this “Spa Detox” water will have you feeling refreshed in a hurry! Plus it tastes great!! (& is not as boring as plain water…which tastes like…well nothing) ; p
