Hey yall! So this is going to be a natural hair tutorial by popular demand: how I get my natural curls so defined and styled. I also include some bonus tips on how to get sleek and smooth hairline for those of you who rock high buns of poofs like myself. The tutorial is super easy, it’s just a matter of finding the right products for you! Also thought I might throw in some of my go to drugstore alternatives: anything from the SheaMoisture line. I also use EcoStyler Gel. They are great but do not compare to the results I get with salon quality brands.
For those that ask about my hair color, I get my hair bleached/toned at a SALON! When it coms to color I definitely recommend leaving the chemicals to the pros. That’s just my professional opinion though! Many women of African decent have finer hair textures so when it comes to color and handling chemicals on our delicate natural hair textures you definitely want trusted hands to take care of you!
